I'm Stressed Out

I am feeling more overwhelmed and stressed than I can ever remember feeling. One thing after another. So I'm wondering, for the 2 people who might actually read this, what do you do when you're stressed? Suggestions as to how to relieve it, lessen it, deal with it?

1. Chocolate 2. Make lists 3. Ask neighbors to watch kids so I can get things done! Let me know if you need any help!

Just so you know, I love reading your blog! And I love Amy and Heather's advice, too. I like to find something to look forward to-even if it's just a little thing planned, it helps get me through. I also am a list-maker. If it's written down then you don't have to constantly be running through everything in your head (even though I do anyway!), and then it's nice to be able to cross something off those lists. We'd love to have Ella come play sometime, too....We tried calling the other day to see if she could come over, but you guys were gone, and my kids were so sad!

I'm so glad you posted again! When I'm stressed I like to get a massage or pedicure, any kind of body work. My sister, Heidi, is really good :)

Take a break away from kids, hubby and everyone - go do at least ONE thing for yourself.

I have been worried about you. I see you herding kids in and out of the van all day long. I know you must be exhausted. Please know that your cuties are welcome over here ANYTIME!

Oreos and milk, chocolate, a good book. :)

Hang in there!

I'm searching for the SAME thing.... ha ha

I do love getting my hair done...and like Heather said, a pedicure of manicure is great. :o)

I think a NAP is fabulous....even though they're few and far between anymore. ha ha

Lessley said that Heidi P really helped her out ...and gave her a great head massage. She said it was better than any other regular massage she's ever had. You should call Heidi.
